Cookies Research
Chocolate Chip cookies are everyone's favorite snack.
(Well, maybe next to dried, flattened squid.)
Proof is how many there are on the market these days.
Let's me introduce you 3 brands that was fabulous than any others !

Chewy Chips Ahoy ! (199 bath/ 454 g)
For supermarket cookies, chewy chips ahoy, from Nabisco gets our vote. This new and improved version has 20 percent more chips, which gives the apperence of a cute little 2"-diameter cookie richly knotted with chips. I like the brown, home-baked appearence and the chewy texture. They are a tad too sweet (probably a result of the increase in chips !), and there is a slight aroma of raisins, but I like sweet.

Delio chocolate chip cookies by S&P (38 bath/110g)
Were the most commercial looking of all the brands I tried. Have some water handy, becoz they're crunchy and dry. But at 38 bath for 12 pieces, we can afford a cup of cocoa to dunk them in.

Another supermaket cookie that I really enjoyed is Pepperidge Farm's Chocolate Chunk in milk chocholate macadamia (122 bath/206 g.)
As the name implies, the chocolate chips are really, really chunky. The texture is a bit dry, but the cookies are crunchy, not crumbly. The cookies are BIG, and I also like the fact that they're slightly salty, which counters the sweetness of the chocolate.
~ Bon appetite ~
